3. You are required to measure yourself with a tape measure before you order on our site. If you measure yourself inaccurately so the size is not suitable for you, we cannot make an exchange or return for you;

Returns & Exchanges
1. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.
3. Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
4. Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
5. All returns must be shipped back to us using a tractable courier.
6. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
7. All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the consumer. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 3~5 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed.

Q1: Why are your prices so low?
A1: Firstly, we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ any sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not need to accommodate for these costs, we can pass all the savings onto our customers.
Secondly, we are a professional wedding factory, not a retailer of any wedding factory, you can order dress from our factory directly.

Q2: What’s the price show on your website?
A2: The price on our website is just retail price, does not include the shipping cost. You can view our shipping page to know more information about shipping cost.

Q3: What is the delivery time for orders?
A3: We are able to delivery dress very fast. It normally takes 3 to 4 weeks for Custom orders and about 3- 7 days for shipping.

Q4: Can I choose rush order service?
A4:Yes, we accept rush order service, and detailed information as follow:
7 days rush order means 7 days time to make dress, and 3-7 days for shipping.
14 days rush order means 14 days time to make dress, and 3-7 days for shipping.

Q5: When should I order?
A5: Please place your order in advance of your wedding date as far as possible, normally can't less than 1 month.

Q6: What is your return policy?
A6: We guarantee all our dresses with high quality. If our dresses are not good quality, customers can return the dress back. But we can't accept return dress for custom cut order.
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.

Q7: How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?
A7: Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available to send out to customers. You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
1, view our color chart, choose color on internet.
2, send us a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.

Q8: Can I place my order over the phone?
A8: We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.

Q12: How do I decide what size to order?
A12: Each manufacturer offers their size chart, so please decide your size by our size chart. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.
Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest our honorable customers review the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes of the size once the order has been placed.

Q13: Can I have a gown made to my measurement?
A13: Of course yes, as custom-made is our first concern. We can make the dress in your own size. You may send us your special measurements according to our size guide.

Q14: How to measure for your size
A14: It is very important that proper measurements be taken before a gown is ordered. Start by carefully taking your measurements using our friendly size guide. For standard size, on average you will need to go up 1 or 2 sizes than what you normally where in sportswear or street clothes. Bridal gowns are meant to have a close fit to the body so they tend to be cut smaller than sportswear.
To measure yourself, you must be dressed in only a good fitting bra and underwear. To measure you bust, take the measuring tape around your back at bust level and over your nipples without pulling too tight or leaving too much slack. Do the same at your waist going over your belly button. To properly measure your hip, go around the fullest part of your buttocks, about 7-9 inches below your belly button. Compare these measurements to our size chart and you should have a good fit.
